our HMCs have all the symptoms mentioned there.

fix central, i need to get the following:
HMC V7R3.5.0M0 Released 30 Oct 2009 MH01194
(which i can use to a fresh install - i don't have any
special settings with our HMC so reconfiguration is easy).
HMC V7R3.5.0M1 MH01212
(This is the current recommended HMC Service Pack for MH01194
and was made available on 15 Mar 2010).

installation is straight forward (make sure you have notes of the HMC and
managed systems' network settings and logins where applicable.
